RAISING GOATS is unlike any other business coaching and mentoring program for contractors. This highly immersive year-round program features high-impact in-person learning alongside convenient online and on-demand coaching, all delivered by some of the home service industry’s most successful veterans.

In-Person Kickoff Week

Each RAISING GOATS enrollee begins their journey with a 3-and-a-half-day in-person kickoff event with up to 30 other aspiring GOATs in attendance. Here you will learn – live and up close – from our team of trainers and your peers. These highly interactive kickoff events feature traditional classroom instruction along with group exercises, problem-solving challenges, role-play scenarios, and much more. Shop Tour of Parker & Sons

At the conclusion of the in-person kickoff week, each RAISING GOATS enrollee will have the unique opportunity to tour Parker & Sons in Phoenix, AZ – The legendary HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that Paul Kelly built to over $250,000,000 in annual sales. Here you will see firsthand the lessons, techniques, and strategies Paul and the other GOATs shared during the kickoff week classroom time put into practice and brought to real life. This option is included for any enrollees who can stay in Arizona until late morning/noon on Friday, immediately following kickoff week, before departing.

Exclusive Ongoing Monthly Coaching

Throughout the year, RAISING GOATS participants will receive exclusive monthly coaching from the team of RAISING GOATS instructors in the form of pre-recorded videos (9) or live online Q&A sessions (3) with other RAISING GOATS enrollees. The pre-recorded videos will share key insights, ideas and strategies for capitalizing on the common opportunities and overcoming the most frequent business challenges that home service business leaders are facing, at the present moment, based on current marketplace conditions. The live online Q&A sessions will provide a valuable opportunity to get real-time feedback and guidance from the RAISING GOATS instructors.

Quarterly Group Virtual Meetings With Kickoff Week Classmates

Every quarter, RAISING GOATS participants have the opportunity to join an exclusive virtual meeting with RAISING GOATS trainers and their fellow kickoff week classmates. These 1-hour sessions provide business leaders with an unparalleled opportunity to share ideas, get valuable input, and assess their overall progress with the help of the RAISING GOATS instructors and their fellow contractors with whom they started their RAISING GOATS journey.

With your ongoing RAISING GOATS membership, you’ll unlock the industry’s largest and most powerful collection of business training resources (videos, articles, etc.) and downloadable implementation tools, courtesy of EGIA Contractor University. These resources cover everything you need to know about running a successful home services business, including company planning, financial management, budgeting, pricing, marketing, sales, operations, and so much more.

Annual EPIC Conference

Investment

For qualifying participants, this annual RAISING GOATS coaching and mentoring program costs $14,690. Monthly payments are available through OPTIMUS Financing. The estimated monthly payment is $1,260 for 12 months after $1,000 upfront deposit.
